About the hotel
Yes, our hotel is situated in the heart of Cappadocia, in the Ortahisar village of the Ürgüp district. Our hotel is centrally positioned, just 2 km (1 mile) from the Red Valley, 3 km (2 miles) from the Göreme Open Air Museum, 8 km (5 miles) from Ürgüp, and 8 km (5 miles) from Uçhisar. Having direct views from the cave rooms is an exceptional case. Typically, rooms in all rock/cave hotels face common courtyards, similar to traditional houses. The majority of our rooms open to shared courtyards. A few of our superior suite rooms, however, open to views of Ortahisar Castle or a garden overlooking it.
All our rooms are transformed from ancient Cappadocia houses and have been carved into the natural cave rock, following the traditional Cappadocian architectural style.
Water usage in Cappadocia has been causing concerns due to increasing demand in the region. Keeping water conservation in mind, we have opted not to include jacuzzis, bathtubs, or pools in our cave rooms. Instead, for our guests’ comfort, our Superior Suite and Superior Family Suite rooms feature enjoyable hamam-inspired bathrooms with showers while our Standard and Suite rooms offer showers.
We don’t have a specific honeymoon package, but for couples choosing us for these beautiful moments, we can decorate the rooms in a romantic way. We provide a special fruit basket for the room and offer optional extras like wine. Depending on availability, we also allocate our most romantic rooms and make sure our newlywed couple gets the care they need to ensure a delightfully joyful vacation.
Yes, we have a free parking area where you can park your vehicle.
Yes, we provide various transfer options: private or shared. If you would like to arrange a transfer from Kayseri (ASR) or Nevşehir (NAV) airports, we can make a reservation for you if you share your flight details (e.g., TK2008) with us. You can provide this information by filling out the “Shuttle Request Form” on our website or by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Breakfast at our hotel is served from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. If you arrive at our hotel during these hours, you can enjoy breakfast even before checking into your room. If you need to check out before 8:00 AM, we prepare a lunch box with sandwiches and fruit juice that you can take with you.
As each of our rooms has a unique design and size, it’s possible to add an extra bed to some of our standard and suite rooms. If you share the ages of your children during the reservation process, we can allocate the most comfortable rooms for you. Additionally, our Superior Family Suites, designed for family stays, have a separate room for children.
We love animals but our hotel rooms are not suitable for guests to bring their pets.
Check-in / Check-out
The check-in time is 2:00 PM, and the check-out time is 12:00 PM. We can offer flexibility based on availability. If you wish to check in early or check out late, kindly inform us beforehand so that we can make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your request.
We are pleased to offer an early check-in based on room readiness and availability. If you’re thinking of arriving early, kindly let us know in advance to assist with your request.
Depending on the hotel’s occupancy and availability, a late check-out may be possible. If you inform us in advance, we can check the availability for you.
The hotel reception is open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM. If you intend to check in after midnight, kindly inform us in advance so that we can prepare a warm welcome for you.

Balloon prices vary based on demand and availability, which is influenced by the supply and demand balance in the region. As balloon flights have a limited capacity per day and can be affected by weather conditions, availability can sometimes be challenging. To experience a hot air balloon flight, we recommend making a reservation a few days in advance. At times, you can catch sight of hot air balloons from our hotel. Whether they float directly above us depends on the morning’s wind conditions. For an even more spectacular view, consider visiting the Red Valley’s sunset point in the morning. From this location, you’ll have an excellent vantage point to watch the balloons ascend (the valley is conveniently situated a mere 2 km or roughly 1 mile from our hotel, which is just a quick 5-minute drive away).
Yes, our hotel is located close to the hot air balloon launch area, approximately 3 km (2 miles) away. It’s about a 10-minute drive by car.

To truly experience Cappadocia’s history, valleys, and beauty, plan for at least 3 days. Some guests do a short trip with a balloon ride, while others stay around 1 week for a deeper exploration.
We provide maps and share advice and information about Cappadocia’s attractions. The majority of our guests explore the historical and natural sites without requiring a guide. Guides are available at entrances to places like underground cities or the Göreme Open Air Museum, so you might not need a guide for the whole day. If you’re interested in a guided tour, we can assist you in finding local agencies and guides.
