We were so happy with our stay at the Hezen Cave hotel! Mehmet and Yuksel made our stay easy and with no stress. They were easy to communicate with, even before getting here, I booked the room way in advance and they guided me on what to do and how to book all. The hotel is only. 5-10 min away from the main town, glad we stay here to avoid staying in the touristic area. Is good and easy to get a cab and get there for a walk or dinner, but amazing to come back and be in a very quiet place. They helped with the Balloon ride, restaurant recommendations, ideas on how to see the area and if you need to to do some laundry they have a couple of small washing machines available too for guests. Waking up the last day and seeing some balloons around the hotel was so fun too.

The staff was very welcoming and the grounds are beautiful. This prepared us for the lovely room we occupied. We had a separate living room, bedroom and bathroom with the largest shower I have ever been in because it is designed to also serve as a hammam. Everything we needed was available, including an honor bar and a restaurant. The view of one of the “castles” was gorgeous at night and we were picked up and dropped off at the door by the balloon people we selected. I only wish we could have spent more time there.
